Problem -

The standard stereotypical way of occupational segregation has limited women’s job scope.

Idea -

To vanish the discrimination, Jobsteet came up with jobs with a gender campaign to break this current stenotype and remind people that there is no such a thing as genders in jobs.

Solution -

To come up with a campaign that will help to break stereotypes of job segregation and encourage parents and children to step out of the box. The campaign consists of tvs, online banners and micro site designs.

TVC -

A film that shows how different young girls don’t see gender stereotypes in jobs when being interviewed and how their parents’ negative responses to their dreams are contributing to the stereotype we are facing today.

Online Banner -

A series of online banner ads that link to micro website. The banners will be promoted in social medias.

Micro Website Design -
